EMPOWERING YOUNG PARENTS, ONE FAMILY T A TIME
At Peterseine’s Place 19:23 Inc., we believe being a young parent should never mean giving up on your education, your dreams, or your future.
We are more than a support organization — we are a community built on compassion, understanding, encouragement, and hope. Our purpose is to walk alongside teen and young parents as they balance the responsibilities of raising a child, continuing their education, and building a better future for their families.
We provide practical resources such as diapers, formula, baby clothing, and other essential items, while also connecting young parents with encouragement, guidance, educational support, and resources to help them move forward with confidence.
Whether a young parent needs help staying in school, parenting resources, emotional encouragement, or simply someone who understands the challenges they are facing, Peterseine’s Place 19:23 Inc. is here to help.
No young parent should have to navigate this journey alone.
Our Impact: More Than 500 Families and Growing
Since 2023, Peterseine’s Place 19:23 Inc. has had the privilege of supporting more than 500 families across Texas and beyond.
What began as a commitment to help young parents has grown into an expanding network of support reaching families throughout:
Fort Bend County, including families connected to Fort Bend ISD (FBISD) and Lamar Consolidated ISD (LCISD)
Houston and surrounding communities, including families connected to Houston ISD (HISD), The Heights, Channelview, Humble, and other Greater Houston communities
Dallas, Texas
Louisiana
And even a family as far away as Connecticut
Every family represents more than a number. Behind each one is a parent working toward a better future and a child who deserves every opportunity to thrive.
As our reach continues to grow, our commitment remains the same: meet young parents where they are, provide meaningful support, and remind them that their current circumstances do not determine their future.
Our Mission
The mission of Peterseine’s Place 19:23 Inc. is to empower teen and young parents with the resources, encouragement, guidance, and support they need to remain in school, grow personally, strengthen their parenting skills, and build a brighter future for themselves and their children.
We believe every young parent deserves love, dignity, opportunity, and a chance to succeed.
Through essential resources, educational support, mentorship, community partnerships, and compassionate guidance, we help young parents move beyond simply getting through today and begin preparing for tomorrow.
We don't just provide supplies.
We provide support.
We provide encouragement.
We provide hope.
We help young parents see what's possible.
Because when we invest in a young parent, we are investing in two generations at once.
Our Commitment
Our commitment is simple: No young parent should have to face the journey alone.
Peterseine’s Place 19:23 Inc. will continue working alongside schools, community organizations, businesses, volunteers, donors, and families to create a stronger support system for young parents and their children.
Together, we can help young parents stay in school, strengthen their families, pursue their dreams, and build a future filled with possibility.
Support a Parent. Strengthen a Family. Impact a Generation.
